The Board of Directors for Flinthills Services are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for Butler County. Each commissoner appoints one member from his/her area and 2 are chosen at-large. The term of office is 3 years with a 2-term limit.
The Board of Directors meet the fourth Thursday during odd months at 4 p.m. in our Walnut Valley location. The Board of Directors meet during even months on the fourth Thursday of the month in conjunction with the CDDO at their location at 226 S.
